How to unfreeze a user - Mobile guide

If a user on your account has been frozen and you are an Administrator, here is how to restore their access on the web app:

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

  1. Sign in to your Kopo Kopo account.

  2. Tap the profile icon, then select Settings.

  3. Go to Users and select the frozen user.

  4. Scroll down and tap Manage user.

  5. Tap Unfreeze user.

  6. Enter the One-time password (OTP) to confirm.

You will see a message confirming that the user has been successfully unfrozen.
