How to unlock your account - Web guide

Locked out of your account? Here is how to unlock it on the web app.

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1: On the sign-in page, click Get Help.

2: Select My account has been locked. Enter your email address or phone number that is linked to your Kopo Kopo account, then click on Send OTP.

3: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone or found in the Google Authenticator app, then click Verify.

4: Select your preferred security question from the drop-down menu, provide the answer, and click Continue.

If you have not set security questions, enter your 5-digit PIN and click Continue.

5: You will receive a notification that your account has been unlocked, and you will be required to sign in again.
