Locked out of your account? Here is how to unlock it on the mobile app.

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1: On the sign-in page, click Get help.

2: Select My account has been locked. Enter the email address or phone number registered to your Kopo Kopo account and click Send OTP.

3: Enter the One Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone number or on the Google Authenticator and click Verify.

4: Select your preferred security question from the drop-down menu, provide the answer, and click Continue.

If you have not set your security questions, enter your 5-digit PIN and click Continue.

5: You will see a confirmation message on the screen.
