If you have forgotten your password or suspect unauthorized access, follow these steps to reset it on the mobile app:

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1: On the mobile app sign-in page, click Get help

2:  Select I forgot my password. Enter your registered email address or phone number, then click Send OTP to receive a One-Time Password (OTP).

3: Enter the OTP you received on your phone number or Google Authenticator and click Verify.

4: Select your preferred security question from the drop-down menu, provide the answer, and click Continue.

If you have not set your security questions, enter your 5-digit PIN and click Continue.

5: Create a new, secure password that is easy to remember and click on Change Password.
