Follow these steps if you have forgotten your password or suspect someone else has accessed your account.

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1: On the sign-in page, click Get Help.

2: Select I forgot my password. Enter your email or phone number. An OTP will be sent to your registered number or via Google Authenticator.

3: Select your preferred security question from the drop-down menu, provide the answer, and click Continue.

If you have not set your security questions, enter your 5-digit PIN and click Continue.

4: You will be prompted to set up a new password.

5: Click Change Password, and your password will be updated.
