How to unfreeze a user - Web guide

If a user on your account has been frozen and you are an Administrator, here is how to restore their access on the mobile app:

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1: Go to the Users view in the web app.

2: On the Active users tab, find the user labeled Frozen.

3: Click the 'eye icon'  to view details.

4: Click the 'gear icon' and choose Unfreeze to restore the user’s access.
