How to deactivate a user - Mobile guide

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Sign in to your Kopo Kopo account.

2: Tap the profile icon, then go to Settings.

3: Tap Users and select the user you want to deactivate.

4: Scroll down and tap Manage user.

5: Tap Deactivate user and read the brief explanation, and select Deactivate user again.

6: Enter the OTP sent to you.

You will see a confirmation message, and the user will be marked as deactivated.
