How to set a primary contact - Mobile guide

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Sign in to your Kopo Kopo account

2: Tap the profile icon at the top left, then go to Settings.

3: Tap on Users, then select the person you want to make the primary contact.

4: Scroll down and tap Manage user.

5: Select Set as primary contact (Note: the user must be a manager or admin).

6: Read the short explanation, then tap Set user as primary contact or Cancel.

Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to you. You'll see a message confirming the update.
