How to nominate an Administrator

Every Kopo Kopo account must have one Administrator. This is the top-level user who can perform all available actions in the account. You can only have one administrator at a time.

✅ What an Administrator can do

  • Request money via STK Push
  • Add money via Paybill
  • Initiate bank deposits
  • View and download transaction reports
  • Reverse M-PESA transactions
  • Cancel reversals
  • Initiate transfers
  • Initiate Pay transactions
  • Apply for cash advances
  • Request additional tills
  • View audit logs
  • Can be a primary contact
  • Manage settlement accounts
  • Add and update users
  • Manage K2 Connect

     


 

How to nominate an Administrator

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Contact us in writing through:

2: Include the following details for the person you are nominating:

  • Full name

  • Photo of ID and KRA PIN

  • Contact details (phone number and email)

  • Requestor National ID

Note: Choose someone you trust as the Administrator, as they will have full access to the account.
