How to update a user with a pending KYC status

Website guide

  1. Sign in to your account and go to the Users tab on the left menu

  2. Scroll down and open the Pending users section.

  3. Click the Show icon (eye) next to the user you want to update.

  4. On the right side, open the drop-down menu and select Add User Registration Document.

  5. Upload the user’s ID document and KRA PIN (PIN is required if the user is an owner).

The user’s status will update immediately.

Mobile app guide

  1. Sign in to your mobile account.

  2. Tap the profile icon on the left and select Settings.

  3. Tap Users and select the user with the Pending KYC status.

  4. Tap Complete Verification.

  5. Upload the user’s ID document and KRA PIN (PIN is required if the user is an owner).

  6. The user’s details will update immediately.

📝If the status changes to Pending Approval (user was tagged as owner, partner or director), our support team will reach out to help you complete the process.
