- Sign in to your Kopo Kopo mobile app.
- Tap the profile icon, go to Settings, then select Users.
- Choose the user you want to edit, then tap Manage User.
- From here, you can:
- Reset USSD PIN
- Reset security questions
- Edit user details (phone number, email, user type, or user role)
- Set the user as a Primary Contact
- Deactivate the user
- Delete the user
- Select the action you want to perform and enter the OTP sent to your phone or Google Authenticator.
- You’ll receive a confirmation notification once the update is complete.
