How to add a user - Mobile guide

  1. Sign in to your mobile app.
  2. Click on your profile icon at the top left and select Settings. 
  3. Tap on Users, and at the bottom of the page, tap on Add new user
  4. Fill in the user's details.

    a) Name

    b) Phone number 

    c) Email address 

    d) User type and user role

  5. Tap on Continue, enter the one-time code sent to your phone or Google Authenticator.
  6. Upload the user's national ID. If the user is a director or partner, upload their KRA PIN as well.

    The user will be successfully added to the account.

    If the user is a director or partner, the request will be sent to the support team for approval.
