The Primary Contact is the main link between your business and Kopo Kopo. They receive all important notifications, from account updates to transaction reversal requests.

To make sure nothing important is missed, this role is best held by an Administrator or Manager who is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.

 

💡 Tip: When to update your primary contact
You should update your primary contact if:

  • The current contact is leaving the business or changing roles.

  • You’ve had a change in management or ownership.

  • The current contact is no longer actively involved in daily operations.

  • You want someone more available to respond to time-sensitive notifications.
