How to reactivate a user - Web guide

1. Sign in to your Kopo Kopo web account.

2. Go to Users on the left menu and open the Deactivated Users tab.

   

3. Find the user you want to restore and tap the eye icon to view their details.

4. Open the drop-down menu on the right and select Activate.

5. Enter the OTP sent to your phone or via Google Authenticator.

   You’ll get a confirmation once the user is successfully reactivated.
