How to edit a reversal contact - Web guide

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1. Sign in to your Kopo Kopo web account and go to the Users tab.

2. On the right side, click the drop-down menu and select Change Reversals Contact.

3. You’ll see the current contact details. Edit the information you want to update, then click Save.

You’ll receive a confirmation notification once the update is successful.
