Which channels are bulk payments available to?

Bulk payments are available for both M-PESA phone numbers and bank accounts.

How do I format the bulk payment file?

We have made it easy for you with provided templates. Download the template for M-PESA phone number payments here and for bank payments here. When sending to bank accounts, make sure to include the bank Paybill number to ensure the transactions succeed. Remember to maintain the CSV format when inputting your details.
