What is a recurring payment?

A recurring payment is when you set up a payment to occur automatically at a specific time, day, and for specific recipients. 

How do I create a recurring payment?

Where can I view my recurring payments?

Go to Payments and then Recurring Payments. Click the eye icon to view details for each payment or click the gear/settings icon to export the report.

What if I have scheduled a recurring payment and there are no funds in my account

If there are insufficient funds when the payment is due, it will fail, we will notify you and you will need to make the payment manually. 

How do I cancel a scheduled payment?

Go to Payments, then Recurring Payments. You will see your active scheduled payments. Click on the eye icon to select a payment, then click Cancel Schedule to cancel it.

💡A recurring payment cannot be edited. You will need to cancel it and then schedule the payment again.
