ℹ️
A reversal contact is an individual nominated by the account Administrator to handle reversals on their behalf. This can be:
  • A user within the account

  • Or someone outside the account

The nominated contact will receive both email and SMS notifications to either approve or decline reversal requests, taking the responsibility off the primary contact.

If no reversal contact is set up, all reversal notifications will go to the primary contact on the account.

💡 When should I have a reversal contact?
You should set up a reversal contact if:

  • Your primary contact is not always available to act on reversals quickly

  • You want to delegate reversal approvals to someone who is closer to daily operations

  • You want to ensure reversal requests are handled promptly, even if you are away or offline
