Administrator, Manager, Operator, No Login and Cashier Roles in Kopo Kopo

👤Administrator.

This role allows a user to perform all possible actions in the Kopo Kopo account. An account can only have 1 administrator at a time.

The administrator can:

  • Add and update users
  • Apply for a cash advance
  • Manage K2 Connect
  • Move Money
  • View and download transaction reports
  • Initiate and cancel reversals
  • Request additional tills
  • View audit logs
ℹ️
Choose someone you trust as the Administrator, as they will have full access to the account.

👤 Manager.
The manager role can perform all actions in the account but has limited control over user management, and can not manage K2 Connect. 

Managers can only add or update cashier users. You can have as many Managers as you like.


👤Operator.
This role allows a user to view and download transaction reports and does not allow them to initiate money-moving actions.


👤No Login.

This role gives no access to the account and applies to a director or owner who is not involved in the day-to-day operations of the company.


👤Cashier.
This role allows a user to view requested and claimed payments, request money via STK, and claim paid Lipa na M-PESA till payments.
