To make sure nothing important is missed, this role is best held by an Administrator or Manager who is actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business.

You should update your primary contact if:
The current contact is leaving the business or changing roles.
You’ve had a change in management or ownership.
The current contact is no longer actively involved in daily operations.
You want someone more available to respond to time-sensitive notifications.
