What does each user status mean?

User statuses help you quickly see who can sign in, who is restricted, and who still needs setup or approval.

Status	What it means	Next steps
Active	User has full access to the account and can perform actions allowed by their assigned role.	No action needed.
Deactivated	User’s access has been temporarily turned off.	See how to reactivate a user
Frozen	User cannot access the account due to too many failed login or password reset attempts.	How to unfreeze a user
Pending KYC	User’s setup is not complete.	Update the user's identification document or KRA PIN. See how here
Pending Approval	User is listed as a director, partner, or owner and is waiting for approval.	Our Support Team will contact you to complete the process.
