Account and balance inquiries

I cannot move money yet I can see that I have a current balance. Why?

You might not be able to move money because your current balance includes funds that are not immediately available for transfer.

This includes;

• Pending payments
• Pending reversal

Your available balance, on the other hand, shows the money you can move right away.
