Send money to Till - Mobile app guide

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Click the Move Money button at the bottom right corner, then select Send Money.

You can also access the Send Money option directly from the home page by clicking the Send icon, as shown in the following image:

2: Select the account you are transferring funds from under Send money from, then choose Till from the Send Money to options.

3: Enter the till number, or choose from Favorites, Frequently paid, or Other recipients

4: Provide the payment details. Enter the Till number; the next field, Business Name, is 'Hakikisha'-enabled and will automatically populate once the Till number is entered. 

💡 'Hakikisha' gives you confidence that you are sending money to the correct business, helping you avoid payments to the wrong Till.

💡 You can enter a nickname to help you easily recognize who you are paying. This makes it faster the next time you send money.

💡 Tick the Add to Favourites box for quicker access in the future.

5: Provide a reason for the payment. This will help you keep track of your transactions and make reporting easier.

6: Enter the amount then click Next.

7: Confirm the payment details, then tap Confirm.

8: Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number, then click Verify.

You will see a confirmation on your screen and receive both an SMS and an email confirming that the payment has been initiated.
