Send money to my accounts (multiple) - Mobile app guide

💡If you have linked each till to its own account, use My accounts (multiple) to withdraw and sweep all funds.

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Click the Move Money button at the bottom right corner, then select Send Money.

You can also access the Send Money option directly from the home page by clicking the Send icon, as shown in the following image:

2: Choose the account you are moving funds from under Send money from. In the Send Money to section, select My accounts (multiple).
3: View your tills and the accounts they are linked to. You can link your tills to a different settlement account.

💡Check the Remember my preferences box to save your choices for next time.

4: Confirm your payment(s), then click Confirm, or click Edit details if you want to go back and make changes.
5: Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number, then click Verify. 

You will see a confirmation banner on the screen, and you will receive an SMS and email confirming the payment(s) have been initiated.
