Send money to Bank - Web guide

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Click the Move Money button, then select Send Money.

2: On the Payment Details page, click the From drop-down menu to choose the account you're moving funds from.
Then, click the To drop-down menu and select Send to Bank.

3: Click Next to enter the payment details.

4: Select the bank name from the list, then enter the account name and account number.

💡 You can enter a nickname to help you easily recognize who you are paying. This makes it faster the next time you send money.

5: Fill in the reason for payment and enter the amount.

💡 Tick the Mark as Favourite box to make future payments faster and easier.

Tick This is a recurring payment to set up a schedule and automate the transfer.

6: Click Next to view your payment summary, then click Confirm & Send

7: Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number, then click Submit.

You will see a confirmation banner on the screen, and you’ll receive an SMS and email confirming the payment has been sent.
