Send money to 'My account' - Web guide

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Click the Move Money button, then select Send Money.

2: On the Payments Details page, click the From drop-down menu to select the account you are moving funds from. Click the To drop-down menu and choose Send to my account.

4: Choose your preferred settlement account and enter the amount.

💡Tip: Tick Add M-PESA withdrawal fees to make sure the recipient gets the full amount after withdrawing cash.

💡Mark as Favorite to make future payments faster and easier.

5: Click Next to view your payment summary, then click Confirm & Send or Edit Payment Details to make changes. 

6: Enter the one time password (OTP) sent to your phone number then click submit.

You will see a confirmation banner on the screen, and you will receive an SMS and email confirming the payment has been sent.
