Send money to Bank or M-PESA phone using 'Add another' - Mobile app guide

💡 Send up to 5 payments at once. The Add Another option lets you pay both M-PESA phone numbers and bank accounts in one go.

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Click the Move Money button, then select Send Money.

You can also access the Send Money option directly from the home page by clicking the Send icon, as shown in the following image:

2: Select the account you are moving funds from Send money from. From Send Money to choices, select M-PESA phone or Send to Bank.

3: Enter the payment details, then click the Add another button at the bottom. Repeat this process until you have added up to 5 payments.

4: Click Next to view your payment summary, then click Confirm.

5: Enter the one-time password (OTP) sent to your phone number, then click Verify.

You will see a confirmation on your screen and receive both an SMS and an email confirming that the payments have been initiated.
