How to change your USSD PIN

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1. Dial *681# using your registered phone number.

2. Select Option 6 ( Change PIN )

You’ll see two options:

If you forgot your PIN

• Select (Yes).

• Answer one security question

  📌 If you have no security questions set, please contact our support team.

  📞Call or WhatsApp:[phone]

  📧Email: [e-mail]

• Set a new 5-digit PIN and confirm it.

• You’ll receive a confirmation message once your PIN is successfully changed.

If you remember your PIN and want to change it 

• Select (No. I want to change it)

• Enter your current 5-digit PIN

• Enter and confirm your new 5-digit PIN.

• You’ll receive a confirmation message once your PIN is successfully changed.
