How to reset USSD PIN

ℹ️
If a user blocks their PIN, only an Administrator can reset it.

If you are the administrator, kindly contact our support team.

If they have forgotten it or need to change it they should use the steps on this link 

✅ Web guide: 

1: Administrator signs into the web app and goes to Users

2: Click the eye icon next to the user

3: Select Reset USSD PIN from the drop-down

4: Enter the OTP to confirm

5: The user will dial *681#, answer security questions if set, and set a new PIN

✅ Mobile guide: 

1: Sign in to the mobile app

2: Tap the profile icon, then select Settings.

3: Go to Users and choose the user you want to reset the PIN 

4: Tap Manage user at the bottom.

5: Tap Reset USSD PIN, and enter the OTP.

6:  The user will dial *681#, answer security questions if set, and set a new PIN
