How can I access my account if I have blocked my USSD PIN?

If your USSD PIN gets blocked, you will not be able to access your account using *681#.

Administrator- Contact our support team for assistance

Manager or Operator - Ask your Administrator to help you reset it. They will need to follow the steps in the How to reset your USSD PIN guide.

While waiting for the PIN to be reset, you can still access your account through:

• The Kopo Kopo web app

• The Kopo Kopo mobile app:
  → Download for Android
  → Download for iOS

🔒 Only Admins have permission to reset another user’s PIN.
💡 After resetting, you will be prompted to create a new 5-digit PIN the next time you dial *681#.
