5. Copy of identification documents for the signatory(s’) and authorized persons i.e. national ID, passport/alien ID/military ID

6. Authorized signatories KRA Pin certificates (Applicable to Kenyan citizens)

7. Company KRA Pin certificate

8.  Completion of Safaricom AML / KYC questionnaire

9. Ultimate Beneficial Owner Declaration form.
