Ultimate Beneficial ownership declaration (BOF1) Form from Business Register services on E-Citizen (Click on My Business>>Click on View>>Click on Maintain a Company>>Click on Beneficial owners>>Click on Change Particulars>>Update Beneficial Owner>>Fill Info>>Save>>Download the form>>Sign the form>>Upload The BOF Form>>Finish)

  9. Special licenses;
    Liquor-selling businesses- Liquor license
    Internet service providers - License from the Communication Authority
  10. A geo-tagged photo

N/B: If a company is listed as a shareholder or director, ensure you obtain:

  1. The CR12 document for the listed company.
  2. The KYC documents(ID and KRA PINs) for all directors listed under that company.
