Partnership

1. A completed and signed application form
2. A copy of the partnership deed or affidavit
3. A certified copy of the certificate of registration
4. Company KRA PIN certificate
5. Filled, stamped, or sealed M-PESA Authorization form signed by at least two (2) partners
6. Copy of identification documents for all the partners and appointed operators, i. e. national ID, passport/alien ID/military ID
7. Kenyan partners’ KRA pin certificates
8. If the settlement wallet is a bank, provide a copy of canceled cheque or certified letter from the bank
9. Ultimate Beneficial Owner Declaration form.
   
10. Special licenses;
    Liquor selling businesses- Liquor license
    Internet service providers - License from the Communication Authority
