This applies to real estate businesses that are individually owned

1. A completed and signed application form
2. Copy of identification documents for the owner I.e. national ID, passport/alien ID/military ID
3. Copy of lease agreement/or allotment letter/ or copy of title deed/ or stamped and signed letter from the chief confirming rent collections.
4. Owner KRA PIN certificate
5. A geo-tagged photo
