Public service vehicles

1. A completed and signed application form.
2. Identification documents for the appointed operators or owner if they are not the same as in the initial application.
3. Owner's KRA PIN certificate.
4. Identification documents for the owner and contact person (e.g., national ID, passport, or alien ID)
5. Logbook with the owner’s name.
6. Certificate of registration, CR12, or registration document if the business is registered (optional).
7. A photo of the back and front of the vehicle covering the number plate.
