🔙 B2B reversal alerts
You will now get SMS notifications whenever a B2B reversal is initiated. This lets you act quickly if you need to, for example, declining the reversal.

🔒 Security questions reset window
If you are an administrator and your security questions or USSD PIN are reset, you now have a 6-hour window to set new answers. This helps you stay secure while still giving you enough time to complete the setup.
If you are a manager, operator or cashier and the 6-hour window passes before you set your security questions or USSD PIN, you will need to contact your administrator to reinitiate the reset process.

📱 Mobile app admin controls
As an administrator, you can now reset USSD PINs and security questions for your managers, operators and cashiers directly from the mobile app. This helps you manage your team’s security on the go, making it faster and more convenient.

🌐 K2 Connect webhooks
Our K2 Connect API now supports B2B reversals webhook/notification, meaning all reversal types (C2B, B2B, and Card) are now visible and can be integrated with via K2 Connect.
