📱 Manage users easily on mobile
We have made it easier for Administrators to manage users right from the mobile app.
As an Administrator, you can now:
- Add new users
- Upload documents like National IDs, Passports, Miasha or Alien IDs
- Edit user details (email, phone number, roles, etc.)
🔐 USSD just got more secure
We have improved the way you activate or reset your USSD PIN to protect your account, especially in case of SIM swaps.
What this means for you:
- If you have already set up Security Questions on the web app, you will now be asked to answer one of them before setting a new USSD PIN.
- If you have not set any Security Questions, you can still activate USSD and create a new PIN without any issues.
Tip: You can set your security questions anytime in the Kopo Kopo app (mobile or web) under your account settings.

💸 Clearer missing payment process
We know how important it is to track your payments. We have made a few changes to help:
- If a missing payment cannot be found, you ll now get an SMS update with what to do next.
- You can now add payment references and amounts when reporting missing Paybill or Till payments.

🖥️ Updated web app look
You may notice some updates on the web dashboard! We have made it cleaner, more organized and easier to navigate, bringing it closer in design to the mobile app.

🏦 Easier bank selection
When sending money or adding a bank account in the “My Accounts” screen, banks are now listed alphabetically, making them quicker to find.
