💳 Create and share Payment Links
You can now create and share Payment Links directly from the Kopo Kopo web and mobile apps. You can share them on WhatsApp, SMS, email, Instagram, TikTok, or anywhere you chat with your customers. This helps you request payments without needing your customer to wait for an instant M-PESA prompt. Each payment link stays active for 7 days before it expires.

🔐 Easier password reset for USSD users
If you have never set up security questions on Mobile or Web because you mainly use USSD, you will now use your USSD PIN to reset your password on Web. This keeps your account secure.
🔄 Missing payments
You can now create polling requests for missing payments. These are automatically checked with Safaricom if the payment period is within 48 hours. This helps you find and resolve missing payments faster.

✅ Transfer account verification
You can now verify your transfer accounts, including M-PESA phone numbers and bank accounts, before sending money. This makes it more convenient for you to manage your transfers with confidence.
📲 Updated recent payments section
The recent payments section now has a fresh look with updated icons that bring the web and mobile experience closer together. You will enjoy a more consistent experience across both platforms.
