1. Dial *681# on your phone and select Option 3 – Cash Advance.

2. Enter your 5-digit PIN.

3. Choose Option 1 – Make Payment

4. You’ll see your outstanding balance and available account balance. Enter the amount you want to repay.

5. Select Option 1 – Confirm.

6. You’ll receive a notification confirming that your payment has been made.

How to increase your deduction rate

1. Dial *681# on your phone and select Option 3 – Cash Advance.

2. Enter your 5-digit PIN.

3. Choose Option 2 – Increase Deduction Rate.

4. You’ll see your current deduction rate. Enter the new deduction rate you’d like to set.

5. Select Option 1 – Confirm.
