✅ To pay you, your customer will need to: 

1: Open your Payment Link on their desktop or mobile device, 

2: Enter their M-PESA phone number, and

3: Enter their M-PESA when prompted via M-PESA STK Push.

Errors a customer may encounter 

1️⃣ Unable to open the link

The customer should check their internet connection to ensure they can access the link.

2️⃣ Payment declined – Initiator cancelled

This occurs when the customer does not enter their M-PESA PIN after being prompted.

3️⃣ Payment declined – Initiator information is invalid

 This happens if the customer enters the wrong M-PESA PIN or enters a non-Safaricom number to be prompted.

4️⃣ Payment link has expired

The link is no longer valid because it is older than 7 days, or the customer has already used up their three attempts.
