How to request money via Payment Link - Mobile guide

Payment links make collecting payments easy. Simply create a link, share it with your customer and they can instantly view the payment details and pay via M-PESA.

✅ Step-by-step guide:

1: Sign in to your account.

2: Go to Move Money and choose Request Money.

3: Select Payment Link.

4: In the "Send to" section, choose which of your Kopo Kopo accounts should receive the payment.

5: Enter Amount (this is required). You can also add a Payment Reference or a Note for customer. The customer will see this when they click the payment link, giving them more details about the payment.
For example, if you added a payment reference and a note, this is what the customer will see when they click the payment link.

6: Review everything and click Continue.

7: Share the payment link directly on your social apps, or copy and paste it wherever you need.
