Is biometric sign-in safe?
Yes. Your fingerprint or face data is securely stored on your device and never shared with Kopo Kopo or anyone else.

What if biometric sign-in is not working?
Make sure biometrics are enabled in your device settings. If you recently updated your fingerprint or Face ID, set up biometric sign-in again in the Kopo Kopo mobile app.

You can always cancel biometric sign-in and use your 4-digit PIN instead.

Can I still use my PIN?
Yes. Biometric sign-in is optional. You can always sign in with your 4 digit PIN.

What happens if I change my phone?
You will need to set up biometric sign-in again on your new device by following the steps above.

Are all devices compatible?
Biometric sign-in is available on devices that support Face ID or fingerprint authentication. If you do not see the option, your device may not support this feature.
