How to sign in to your account

First time sign-in

1: Tap Compete setup (This is my first sign-in)

2: Enter your phone number, tap Next, and enter the OTP sent to your phone or Google Authenticator.

3: Create a strong password with a minimum of 8 characters.

4: Sign in using your phone number/email address and password.

5: Enter your OTP, sent to your phone number or Google Authenticator

6: Set your 4-digit PIN, then confirm it.

You can enable fingerprint and use it in place of the PIN. Simply click on Enable Fingerprint.

7: Set your three security questions and answers to add an extra layer of security to the account and help with account recovery

1: Sign in with your phone number or email address and password

2: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered phone number or found in your Google Authenticator app, then tap Verify.

3: Create a 4-digit PIN and confirm it. You will use this PIN every time you sign in.

4: When prompted, enable Biometric Authentication (like fingerprint or Face ID) for quicker sign-ins.
