Biometric sign-in allows you to access your account using your fingerprint or face instead of a PIN. It is a quick, secure and convenient way to sign in.

How to set up biometric sign-in

During sign-in

1: Open the Kopo Kopo mobile app on your Android or iOS device.

2: Sign in to your account.

3: Set up a 4-digit PIN

4: When prompted, enable Biometric Authentication.

From profile settings

1: Open the Kopo Kopo app and tap on your profile (top left corner).

2: Select Settings.

3: Toggle on Face ID (iOS) or Fingerprint Sign-In (Android).

💡For future sign-ins, you can use fingerprint or Face ID. If you prefer not to, you will need to enter your 4 digit PIN.
