I did not receive an SMS to download the app

  • Check with your Administrator or Manager to confirm that your access has been enabled.

I cannot sign in

  • Ensure you are entering the correct phone number.
  • Reset your password by tapping Get helpI forgot my password.

 A payment is missing

  • Check if the transaction is in the 24-hour or 48-hour view.
  • Confirm with the customer if they completed the payment.
