How to sign in for the first time

1. After an Administrator or Manager enables your access, you will receive an SMS with a link to download the mobile app.
2. Download, install the app, and open the app.

3. Tap Complete setup and enter your phone number.

   

4. Enter the one-time password sent to your phone.
5. Create a password for your account.
6. Sign in with your phone number and new password, then set a 4-digit PIN.
7. Set security questions and answers.
    

Resetting your password

1. If you forget your password, go to the sign-in page.
2. Tap Get help and select I forgot my password.
3. Enter your email or phone number.
4. Enter new password and confirm it, then click Change password.
5. Sign in to your account with the new password.
