Understanding your cashier dashboard

1. Request STK payments – Send payment requests to customers.

2. Claim paid till payments – Confirm and collect payments that have already been made to the business till number.

3. View transactions from the past 24 or 48 hours – View payment records based on a 24-hour or 48-hour timeframe.

4. View requested payments – Shows all payments you have requested from customers, including their statuses (successful or failed).

5. View claimed payments – View a list of all payments you have successfully claimed from the till.

6. Profile picture avatar to access settings or sign out – Access account settings and the option to sign out of the app.
