2: Reply with option 3, Transaction Reversal, then send.

3: Enter your 5-digit USSD PIN.

4: Input the complete Reference ID of the transaction, and then send

5: Reply with 1 to confirm you want to reverse the transaction

You will receive an SMS notification with the reversal transaction details after being successfully initiated. The reversal is completed from the system within the hour.
