Signing in for the first time? Here’s how to set up security questions on the web app:

✅ Step-by-step guide: 

1: Sign in to your account on the web app

2: Enter the One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your phone (the number registered with your Kopo Kopo account) or found in the Google Authenticator app, then Submit.

3: Choose any 3 questions to help recover your account if it gets locked.

4: Enter the OTP sent to your phone and Submit. The security questions will be successfully updated, and you will be signed in to your account.
