When it comes to security answers, think outside the box! Avoid easy-to-guess details like birthdays or common words. Instead, make them personal but not obvious.

How can i change security answers and questions?

Change is good, especially when it comes to security. You can update your security questions anytime to keep your account safe. To change your answers/questions Log in to your account, Click on the drop-down against your name and select 'Profile' select 'Security' then 'Update security questions'.

Are security questions enough?

Security questions are important, but we also use extra protections like two-factor authentication (2FA) with OTPs and Google Authenticator. These help keep your account and funds safe from fraud.

Protect your OTPs

⚠️ NEVER give your phone to strangers. Fraudsters can access your OTPs if they get your SIM card.

⚠️ Avoid SIM swap fraud by dialing *100*100# from your Safaricom line.

⚠️ Kopo Kopo or Safaricom will NEVER ask for your OTP or Passwords.
